Clear view on the cloud, safe choice for cyber security

The task

When providers of corporate IT, cloud solutions or software as a service (SaaS) seek our support, they often face similar challenges. Editors find their products and areas of application too complex to report on, so they don't get the space they want in the specialist media. Or they are looking for ways to be heard by managing directors and board members, but do not make it into the necessary daily and business press.

In both cases, they need a new approach for their communication strategy that succeeds in abstracting from the product and making decision-makers aware of both application scenarios and the entrepreneurial added value of their solutions.

Our approach

Oseon brings two valuable assets to this situation: excellent media contacts and a feel for the needs of editorial teams, as well as in-depth technology knowledge that enables us to translate and make our clients' solutions accessible to the media, specialist audiences and decision-makers.

We create the basis for continuous media work through structured agenda setting and a topic platform that makes even complex service and technology offerings connectable to the practical questions of IT managers and users in companies. The key to this is a consistent shift in perspective from the provider to the user and their information needs. This allows content-driven, service-oriented campaigns to be reliably fed.

The key to successful PR for enterprise IT companies lies in communication strategies that abstract from the product and translate the business benefit into the language of decision-makers.
